INTRODUCING A NEW FORMAT
WATER MOBILITY
A spin on a traditional mobility/stability class with the added benefit of being in the water- which is great for those who are struggling with issues such as lower range of motion, joint pain or stiffness, and trouble with stability. This class is perfect for those people looking to get back into fitness and regain mobility in a lower-impact format. Mobility is a fundamental building block of fitness that affects all areas of day-to-day life; this class is offered as a supplemental way to move into higher-activity level classes. During this class you will go through a series of dynamic stretching and gentle mobility that will help you get back in tune with your body.
FHHS Swim Schedule
May 27th - July 17th
Mon/Tues/Thurs- 7:15-8:15am
*no FHHS swim Monday 5/26 and Tuesday 7/3*
Peaks Athletic Club offers a 25 yard solar heated lap pool. The pool season is typically April 1 - September 30, but is open year round. We suggest wearing a wetsuit to those who swim during fall/winter.
NOTE: We do not provide towels
Our aquatic programs include: seasonal Water Aerobics, FHHS Swim Team, and Free Swim time.
