Meet Our PERSONAL Trainers

Maura Enterline

Maura has been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since August 1999 and have over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry.  To keep her ACE Certification, she has to continually study and earn 2 CECs every 2 years.  Maura won 1st place in the Lightweight Division at the NGA Western American Natural Bodybuilding Competition in 2000.  She has personally experienced being overweight and losing 30 lbs., exercised while pregnant, and overcame unforeseen health issues, the worst of these being breast cancer.  She specializes in training all the major muscle groups to keep the body in balance, but can train in a variety of different ways.  “I love what I do and it is my mission to help people realize that fitness is a positive change that will affect all aspects of their life and to make it an important part of their routine.”

Jason Hummel

Training Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Specializing in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, Senior Fitness, Golf Fitness, Behavioral Change, and Weight Loss. Coached CrossFit for 3 years in Scottsdale. Studied Exercise Physiology at San Francisco State, and owner and operator of two Mixed Martial Arts studios in the Bay Area.

  Trystan has been dedicated to exercise for 9+ years and has a wide knowledge of sports and what it takes to be a top-performing athlete. His focus is specifically on training youth athletes with the goal of giving the next generation the building blocks to attain success both in and out of the gym. He is a firm believer that the foundations built during exercise are what keep you showing up and striving to be the best version of yourself.

Morgan has had over a decade of exercise experience. He is genuinely passionate about physical fitness and credits it with benefitting his life in every aspect. Through a sports background, as well as previously being a Scottsdale Fire Cadet, he is also capable of pushing any individual into becoming a better athlete. NASM certified and devoted to expanding his knowledge, his approach to fitness is mainly that of health and longevity. Morgan is dedicated to making sure the gym works for his clients in every facet of day-to-day life and believes that you don't have to compete with anyone but yourself. 

Ron Buchanan

Ron Buchanan

Ron is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, Certified Nutrition Coach, GLP-1 Coach, Senior and Corrective Exercise Specialist, and NSCA Strength and Conditioning Coach. His love for fitness and resistance training began in the early 90's and since then has amassed a toolbox of skills, certifications, and knowledge to help people of all ages and abilities achieve their own fitness goals. Ron enjoys working with a wide variety of individuals, but especially those who are new to fitness, those who may have faced challenges with fitness in the past, older adults, and those who struggle with being overweight. Ron has personally experienced being overweight and struggled to overcome injuries, so he understands the challenges and knows how daunting it can seem to fitness newcomers. Ron focuses on whole-body resistance training, building strength, and stability/mobility for optimal health. His priority with every client is to make their fitness journey fun, while also building the skills and knowledge necessary to maintain their fitness for life. "I know that the first step on your fitness journey can be intimidating, but if you're ready to take that leap I am here to help you every step of the way."
