I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since August 1999 and have over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. To keep my ACE Certification, I have to continually study and earn 2 CECs every 2 years. I won 1st place in the Lightweight Division at the NGA Western American Natural Bodybuilding Competition in 2000. I have personally experienced being overweight and losing 30 lbs., exercising while pregnant, and how to overcome unforeseen health issues, the worst of these being breast cancer. I specialize in training all the major muscle groups to keep the body in balance, but can train in a variety of different ways. “I love what I am doing and it is my mission to help people realize that fitness is a positive change that will affect all aspects of their life and to make it an important part of their routine.”

Steve dedicated himself to the fitness industry after he guided himself through his own body transformation where he lost over 60 lbs and has kept it off for 17 years! Steve’s diverse background includes training individuals from ages 8 to 80 and he will use his keen attention to detail to help you to not only achieve, but exceed, your fitness goals!
Until 2016 I was Software Development Engineer and Executive with a regular job in the office. I have attended a gym on and off but never was able to stick to it. It all changed when I met a personal trainer who encouraged me to change my approach to my health, fitness, and exercise.
Over the last years, I have changed my life completely. I’m lifting weight at least 5 times per week, run, hike and have a very active lifestyle.
I realized that there are a lot of people out there who try going to the gym only to drop out and repeat this cycle. I want to help them become active and enjoy all the activities they used to like regardless of age or medical condition.
As a certified Medical Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer, I want to create an environment where everyone feels supported and encouraged, free from the overwhelming pressure of fitness clubs. When you cope with a medical condition or health issue you need your trainer’s undivided attention.
