Peaks Athletic Club is growing as a club and times are changing. It has been years since we changed our membership agreement form, so we have updated it to fit our club's growth track. Our safety waiver has also now been integrated within our new membership agreement located at the bottom of this page.

If your health insurance offers Silver Sneakers, Prime, or any other fitness benefit program through Tivity, you are eligible for a completely complimentary full access membership. If you have United Healthcare's Renew Active, you are eligible for a completely complimentary full access membership! If you have Silver & Fit or Active & Fit you are also eligible for a completely complementary full access membership!
