Peaks Athletic Club is growing as a club and times are changing. It has been years since we changed our membership agreement form, so we have updated it to fit our club's growth track. Our safety waiver has also now been integrated within our new membership agreement located at the bottom of this page.

*Student membership is for Fountain Hills High School District students only, must have student ID or proof of enrollment at time of sign-up

*Must be ages 12 and up to use the facility
